General Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy
- A one night non-refundable prepayment required upon reservation. This will be forfeited in the event of any cancellations.
- Check-in 1 PM. Check-out 12 Noon
- 1 April to 30 September : Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a 1-night cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
- 1 October to 31 March (excluding 20 December - 10 January) : Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made beyond 30 days would be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
- 22 December 2007 to 10 January 08, Diwali and Easter Week: Full non-refundable prepayment for entire stay required upon reservation.
