General Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy
- Check-in 1 PM. Check-out 12 Noon
- 1 April to 30 September : Cancellations made prior to the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee, as these are special off season rates.
- 1 October to 31 March (excluding 20 December - 10 January) : Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
- 20 December 2010 to 10 January 10, Diwali and Easter Week: Full non-refundable prepayment for entire stay required upon reservation.

- Any specials given by the managment are nonrefundable and the above cancellation rules do not apply
